| CHALLENGE: Tier-1 US Mobile Network Operator wanted to provide an unified Operator-branded application store for content and applications across its advanced devices portfolio. The Operator also wanted to have a mechanism to promote and advertise their branded applications and services.
| SOLUTION: mPortal implemented its SPRINGBOARD Smart Client and SPRINGBOARD CDM for Tier-1 US Mobile Network Operator and aggregated content and applications from several providers of infotainment services (applications, content, news, weather). mPortal also enabled the capability to push advertisements to the client, and allow for personalization of the content by the subscriber. The solution provides a means for subscribers to discover and download content and applications in a seamless manner. mPortal's SPRINGBOARD solution integrates into the Mobile Operator's network authentication systems, customer billing and care systems in order to provide an end-to-end solution for discovery, purchase and download of content and applications.
