Cem Hincal
Vice President, Strategic Accounts
| Cem Hincal has more than thirteen years of operations and technology management, consulting and international business experience primarily in the telecommunications, e-commerce, solutions architecture and systems integration fields. As VP of Strategic Accounts of mPortal, Mr. Hincal manages all aspects of one of mPortal’s biggest customers, Verizon Wireless; being responsible for account management and business development, overseeing the program management, day-to-day operations and solutions architecture and delivery. Over the past seven years he has also worked with other key customers such as Disney Mobile, Mobile ESPN and Alltel in product conceptualization and management and has been instrumental in the launching of wireless data services at Reliance Infocomm in India.
| Prior to joining mPortal, Mr.Hincal has worked on large scale systems integration, product implementation, e-commerce and management consulting projects while at CSC Consulting (NYSE: CSC) for large organizations such as US Postal Service, Budget Rent-a-Car and AICPA, and was the Engineering Manager of the DuPont e-Services Group. Earlier in his carrier, Mr.Hincal also held several positions in strategic planning and business analysis at the World Bank and Siemens (in Turkey and Canada) Mr. Hincal has a MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.
