Description:

The qualified candidate will be part of mPortal’s Server development team.

Experience Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in software design, development using Java and J2EE technologies.
• Should have hands on experience in Spring, Struts, Ajax, XML, and Web services.
• Should have hands on experience in product development, performance engineering and optimization.
• Should have experience in defining flexible and scalable application architectures, maintaining and improving existing application architectures, and leading distributed teams through SRS, design, implementation, deploy, monitor, and support.
• Experience in working with Application servers like Jboss.
• Must have hands-on code experience and should have led a team of 4 to 5 developers in the past.
• Good knowledge in Oracle, SQL Plus, and so on.
• Knowledge of Version Controlling Tools like CVS, SVN, and so on.
• Good Knowledge in UML.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of application developers.

• Ability to design solutions come up with innovative solutions.

• Ability to delegate and review code submitted.
